WHAT IS HydroPrint®?
HydroPrint® is a revolutionary coated polyester film (PET), designed for dry toner based digital prining equipment. HydroPrint® is waterproof, weatherproof, chemical, alcohol & tear resistant straight from the printer output tray with no need to laminate. An incredible durable sheet with options to fit every application such as signs, manuals, waterproof maps, industrial tags, plant spikes, shelf strips, ID cards, loyalty cards, and much more. Recommended & qualified by most printer OEMs.
HydroPrint® is a synthetic and does not have a grain direction. Post finishing such as die-cutting, folding, scoring and creasing are possible, avoid drilling.
All producs are available in A4, A3 & SRA3 sizes. Custom sizes, pre-hole punched and pre-peforated conversions are special order, subject to feasibility and volume.
HydroPrint® can be litho printed using fully oxidising or UV inks for plastics.

7.5 mil Fusion Soft Polyester is water and tear resistant and has the excellent durability of polyester, but also feeds, prints, folds and handles finishing processes like paper does.
Compared to other polyester sheets, Fusion Soft Polyester digitally prints with NO STATIC to assure excellent runnability and print finishing performance.
The 7.5 mil is a lighter caliper sheet that is great for pages in outdoor books and manuals, flight and sailing logs, and the inside pages for saddle stitched booked or meus.
7.5 mil Fusion Soft Polyester is also available in 12”x47” banner size to easy create colourful, water and tear resistant banners for indoor or outdoor applications on specific colour copiers.
10 mil Fusion Soft Polyester is water and tear resistant and has the excellent durability of polyester, but also feeds, prints, folds and handles print fishing processes like paper does.
Compared to other polyester sheets, Fusion Soft Polyester digitally prints with NO STATIC to assure excellent runnability and print finishing performance.
The heavier 10 mil caliper is very durable and tear resistant and popular applications include menus, placemats and covers. This product is very stain resistant too, which makes it especially great for menu applications, because if you spill something on the sheet, simply clean with warm water and mild soap, and it is back to being good-as-new.

11 mil Fusion Rigid Polyester is a strong polyester film that has is a strong polyester film that has a coated surface designed specifically for high heat toner digital applications. A very durable product, our rigit digital polyester is tear resistant and waterproof, and a great product for outdoor applications that will be subjected to the toughest of conditions.
The super smooth printing surface yields outstanding image fidelity and toner adhesion. So don’t be afraid of demanding graphics, use Fusion Rigid Polyester when quality and durability matter.
Our proprietary top coating has enhanced scratch and scuff resistant.
The rigidity of our 11 mil caliper gives you the snap of a heavy board stock, which makes Fusion Rigid Polyester a great choice for outdoor signs, door hangers, ID/Loyalty cards or parking permits.

Fusion Crystal Clear Cling is an optically clear window cling engineered specifically for heat toner production equipment. It’s not white, it’s not frosty clear, it is truly optimally clear.
The toner adhesion is excellent and you will get print fidelity. The message is very readable, yet our clear window cling does not obstruct the view outside the way an opaque cling would. You can print regular or reverse images to position the product inside to protect it from the elements and mischief.
You can apply it dry or wet and use a felt squeegee to get the air bubbles out. After 48 hours the air bubbles “wet out” and the product reaches maximum clarity.
Fusion Crystal Clear Cling is made of polyester which is strong, and will not stretch, yellow, sag or crack like vinyls do.

Our adhesive is repositionable, so it’s like a magnet, but better, because you’re not limited to just metal surfaces. Painted walls, wood cabinets, glass and matal are all approved surfaced for Fusion Woven Fabric Repositionable.
Our durable 8PT release liner has a laser printable surface which gives you excellent toner and anchorage when you print on the backside. Take advantage of marketing your company, or printing a customer message or redeemable coupon on the backside.

Fusion Digital Satin Fabric is a coated one side satin polyester fabric that offers some very unique opportunities. It is a cloth-like fabric that has great runnability through your high speed digital equipment and will provide excellent image fidelity and toner adhesion.
This product performs well during print finishing operations such as sewing, die utting and grommeting. It is highly resistant to shrinking or curling and is also very resistant to degredation from rot, mildew and moisture.
Some unique applications this product has been used for are private labelling mattress labels, personalised award ribbons and bookmarks, gold outing flags and custom event pennants.

Our apparel adhesive is made specifically for clothing name badges and kids apparel stickers. It’s a great product with a proven track record for any high quality name badge, security pass or apparel sticker applications. Our name badge will look great, adhere all day long, and peel off cleanly at the end of the night.

Fusion Extreme Permanent is a super durable pressure sensitve label made for the most demanding labeling applications. The highly conformable smooth face stock is polyurethane coated so it is water, tear and solvent resistant and a great choice labels that will be exposed to the toughest of conditions.
Our permanent adhesive is also made for extreme conditions; because you can apply Fusion Extreme Permanent at -20°F or higher temperatures, and once applied, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -320°F to as high as 340°F.
